Rental Period
The shortest rental period is 24 hours.
For delays exceeding 3 hours in total, a full day fee will be charged.
Rent A Car Insurance
In case of an accident caused by the fault of the user, damage costs up to 2% of the insurance value of the rented vehicle will be collected from the user. If the user has no fault in the accident, no fee will be charged.
Long Term Rentals

One Way Rental
If the vehicle is returned in a city other than the city where it was picked up, additional fees will apply. These additional fees vary from city to city.
Vehicle Pick-Up – Vehicle Drop-off
Vehicle delivery and pick-up from the customer are free of charge at Antalya Airport at any time of the day, between 08:30 and 18:00 at our Lara office.
Driver's License Usage Age
It is required to be at least 22 years old for economic class vehicles, at least 24 years old for middle class vehicles, and at least 26 years old for minibus class vehicles and to have a valid domestic or international driver's license for at least 2 years.
Additional Driver
The use of the vehicle by someone other than the tenant is only possible if the driver's license and valid IDs and driver's licenses of the drivers who comply with the driving age rules are recorded in the contract. If there is no other record and it is determined that the accident was caused by an unregistered driver, the insurance will be invalid. The customer is held responsible for all damages.
Items Not Included in Prices
Extra demands such as fuel, bridge, highway fees, traffic fines and extra insurance (Tire, Glass, Headlight), one-way fee, vehicle delivery and pick-up fees, baby seat, navigation device are not included in the prices.
Payment - Deposit
Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted for payment of rental fees. When necessary, Drive&Smile Car Rental may apply a provision of 1,500 TL to 3,000 TL to the customer's credit card, depending on the vehicle groups.
Traffic fines and legal responsibilities to be applied for actions that may arise from non-compliance with traffic laws and the fault of the tenant belong to the lessor. After the vehicle is dropped off, traffic fines received by Drive&Smile Car Rental are reflected on the tenant and the relevant amount is collected from the tenant in cash or by credit card (mail order).
The time that will pass due to the vehicle being held by official authorities due to driver fault will be reflected in the rental fee. As a result of the lessor being involved in a double-sided accident or a unilateral accident at fault, if all reports have been kept and there is no situation that would exclude the damage from insurance coverage, the damage fee up to 2% of the vehicle insurance value will be collected from the lessor.
Tire-Glass-Headlight Insurance (HTW/LCF)
If the tenant wishes, with this insurance, he/she can cover damages that may arise from tire splits, glass and headlight breaks, which are not covered by the Comprehensive Insurance, by paying an extra fee.

Important note :
Damages that may arise from use, internal and external equipment such as license, traffic kit, license plate, etc. on the vehicle are not covered by insurance. Accident reports must be delivered to our company within 48 hours.
Drive&Smile offers optional insurance to its customers, other than compulsory insurance. The tenant can benefit from the guarantees described in this section by paying the daily extra fees and signing the acceptance box on the front of the contract.
In order for all insurances to be valid;
Compliance with all traffic laws and rules,
Misuse and complete absence of fault,
Not driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
The vehicle should not be used beyond the legal speed limits,
Alcohol and traffic reports must be taken before the vehicle is moved and delivered to Drive&Smile within 48 hours at the latest,
The driver must be registered in the rental agreement,
The vehicle should not be used by unlicensed drivers.
Otherwise, the insurance will be deemed invalid and the tenant will be held responsible for all damages. In addition, making misleading statements to Drive&Smile officials, authorized traffic teams and local law enforcement, and using vehicles in traffic-free and prohibited areas and carrying excessive loads and passengers will result in automatic cancellation of insurance.
